I want to
start investing in the
stock market and since I do not know exactly what im doing I would llike to start with small amounts of
money (0 or so). However every online
stock market trading sight ive looked at has a .50 – .95 + fee for each
trade you make and I would rather not lose 10% of the
money I am investing right off the bat. Is there any program or website where I could
trade stocks at a low cost. I am not looking for a broker or someone to give me advice on what to invest in, I just want to play around with a little bit of
money and see how I do.

All the online companies that I know of require an initial deposit of $500 or more. If I were to recommend one it would be SogoTrade because they have the cheapest commissions ($3.00). However, if you only want to play around, I highly recommend starting with a simulated account. You can trade for free with pretend money on sites like howthemarketworks.com and it is good practice.
