you have to transfer cash to their acct first before choosing the securities you want to buy – so paypal is irrelevant
lots of discount brokers out there with sales commissions of $4-10 per trade – just invest at least $400-500 for each transaction or the sales comm will take too much of your profits
I use sharebuilder.com, but there are others that are cheaper

There are lots of options. If you’re just getting started in stock market investing, I would suggest you take the time to educate yourself before risking your money. For the uneducated trader, the stock market is just a big gamble and you will likely lose money.
I recommend System Pro Trading, which is a fantastic video tutorial course by an experienced and profitable trader who teaches some great techniques that can help almost anyone become very profitable from the stock market.
