    I use CharlesSchwab.com but have also used ETrade and ScottTrade. They all offer inexpensive trading and a lot of research. They’re strong players and will be around (like if you need tax information in 5 years of so). I’ve settled on Schwab as my primary because they are the big dogs on the block. Anything you could want, they offer.

    I use Wachovia (full service brokerage) for my "big money", and BuyAndHold.com for my "silly money"… both are wonderful

    I use TD Ameritrade. Cheap commissions, great research and trading tools. Also a pretty nifty website.
