• How do I Investing in stocks?

  I want to invest about 200$ in the stock market. What online trading company should I use and is it even worth it?

  I am 26 and investing in six stocks like Wal-Mart, Microsoft, etc because every needs food cloths and uses software for business and school. The economy seems to be getting worse. I work at sam’s club and last year in November when I frst started working there I was super busy; the freezer and everything was sold out all the time. Now this Holiday season we are real slow at Sam’s Club and not selling much. I do see that Wal-Mart is busy but I guess people can’t afford membership this year and from what I hear the economy is getting worse. What is your view on the economy now and in the next ten years? What is your view on investing in stocks for the long run? Can you please watch on youtube.com ( BROKE:The New American Dream) and tell me your opinion and thoughts on that and is it true? Etc?

  i have owned some IRE stocks for some time. It has not paid dividend for a long time, though it boasts a 35% dividend yield. my question is – does it have the liability to pay back the dividend it owes to the long term holders? thank you.

  At the beginning of each stock market open NYSE.com lists the days biggest gaining stocks. If you buy the biggest gaining stocks at the start of the day and sell them at the end of the day, is that a good way to day trade and make money?

  my friend tell me to see the P/E ratio, regularity the company pays dividend, historical prices and volume, expected return and risk, expected news. anyone has other suggestions?

  i’ve always wanted to become an investor preferrably like warren buffett or those who are in the forbes 400, i mean big time investors, i heard that foreigners aren’t allowed to buy stocks in other countries is this true? but how does the big time investor do this? i heard they have stocks of companies from different countries? or did i miss anything?

  Because the new health care bill imposes a 3.8% tax on "unearned income" above a certain threshold, which includes income from any source that you aren’t directly working for. This includes interest you receive on a savings account, dividends from stocks, rental income from a property you own, social security income, unemployment checks, child support and of course income from home sales.

  I have been trading in stock markets for 15 years now. Due to an illness during college I have been left with virtually no capital of my own to trade with. I am looking for sources of capital that I could trade with, like an investor. I could easily generate over 30% per year on any money I could get. I only trade stocks no commodities or currency.

   

• Stock Value & Dividends Software Question?

  I’m not a big investor – I like to play and dabble with around 10K on a trade-site.

  I Purchased – 1000 shares of F (Ford) – Cost: .00 per share – (2009). My total investment was ,000 + .00 transaction fee.

  Now – Dividends – varies over the last year and a half. 2009 took a beating the 1st 2 quarters – but the 3rd and 4th quarters showed a big profit. Here’s a some of those dividends paid – 0, 0, 0, 0 – which made my 3k investment seem like winning the lottery.

  However – the biggest gain for me is the 07 investment – and the stocks today are worth over ,000 today (1000 shares). That is a ,000 gain.

  Is there a Software Program that will following your Dividends & Stock Value – which will give your overall value to date? I have several stocks like the one above – and it would be nice to know the true profit value – since purchase of the stock.
