• Can people below the age of 18 engage in investing activities?

  I’m a 16-year-old boy from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I’m very interested in stocks and investing and will like to participate in investing despite the bad stock market nowadays. However, that’s not the main point. I was wondering if people under the age of 18, or non-adults, can engage in any form of investing activities and receive dividends just like normal investors? Please provide me with an appropriate answer, thanks.

• In the cash flow statement where would I reflect property tax?

  If i am in construction business and i purchase a land – i will treat that land as my raw material right ? Now if i want to prepare a project report, wherein i need to make a business plan on a property purchased then —-

  First of all i wanted to know property tax on that land is deductible ?

  Secondly, if i prepare cash flow statement where should i reflect the property tax ? Operating activities, Investing activities or financing activities ?
