Question about investing in stocks?

Why shouldnt I just buy stocks that pay dividends the day before they calculate their stockholders, then sell the day after, picking up a couple percent, then move from one dividend paying stock to another this way? This would minimize my risk and provide almost guaranteed returns.

How can I trade stocks online with only 100$ and make profit?

I just want to know what the most likely way to profit off investing only 100$ is.
I want to invest online using some type of website to buy stocks, but all the online brokers seem to charge commission that make’s profiting off 100$ very challenging.

I am convinced that the price of wheat and uranium will go up.
But I do not have access to any futures markets. So how can I invest in these two particular commodities ?
