    Before worrying about what stock to invest in, you need to understand how the market work. A lot of broker web sites have good educational information. Look at several.

    What should you expect? I make my living at it, but it’s not simple or easy. It’s a job.

    Go to Yahoo Finance, they have a whole list of things you can read and watch to learn from. You may even get some ideas on what stocks to buy.
