    shahhh LOOPHOLE SHOULD BE CLOSED., World wide, too .
    I am learning about this (Never understood before)
    If I am wrong I will hear from other answers; I have been reading on the Oil (CRUDE OIL) being used a our NEW Currency. This meaning U.S. and other Countries are already doing this; HOARDING it UNTIL they maniuplate the Cost. Exp: making our dollar go down to (0) would bring price a barrel to $150. and our Pump Price at $7.-$11. a Gal.
    Now you said commodies which I am understanding all the others things traded between countries. We ALL KNOW it is ALL about the$$$$$, on items, drugs, oil etc.
    I want to know if I am right in saying these are things being done behind our backs that SEN. OBAMA said he will need our HELP if it is to change. Gov. would have to listen to a million AMERICANS crying out to CLOSE THOSE LOOPHOLES NOW.
    This is being done to us now where we are becoming KNOWLEDGEABLE and WILL BEGIN FIGHTING BACK.
    They will not want to see the Am. people really FIGHT for RIGHT to be done to us instead of using us, and laughing all of the way to the bank.
    I think the Problem their little (QUIET-LOOPHOLE) is being exposed for us to see, Right Now! Lieing will not cut it , we will begin to be able to see their lieing faces for who they are.
    This election you have bright NEW
    College Kids Listening, debating and THANK GOD THEY are voting and getting involved. Oh how we need their New Blood to bring back fairness back to the PEOPLE.
    Look What it costs for a yr.of college while these $ scammers do their giving out HUGH BONUSES for finding KIDS to get loans from a certain institution.
    These are loopholes like the one you told us about.
    WONDERFUL ?. Two Mths. on Comp. I am learning more then my college experience-Only for my Cable-Internet Hookup. We ARE BRIGHT AMERICANS. Let us all Fight THESE LOOPHOLES that someone like shahhh has so brillently brought to out attention.
