I don’t know of any such software that incorporates all of that into one. You’ll probably need several tools. I have an excel spreadsheet i use to evaluate properties and i got the forms from other people, i’ve mad contacts with real estate agents who give my access to the MLS, and with mortgage brokers who handle all the prequalification stuff.
