You wanna avoid those. Those are fake antiviruses. If you don't do anything about it, they will keep blocking programs. My cousin's laptop got infected by "XP Antivirus 2010" and it was also a Rouge Virus. At first, boxes kept popping up. Later on, it redirected sites like yahoo.com to some weird unknowns. Then it blocked websites, claiming they weren't safe. Like google.com. At the end, the laptop was useless. As soon as you turned it on, it would say "Virus detected, restarting computer." And it would keep happening unless you force quit. They brought it to a computer shop and got it fixed. Then they installed antiviruses and spyware detectors and now it works fine. I think you should do the same. Personal Security is a Rouge Virus.
