There is a website (www.madmoneymachine.com) that has created some mock portfolios based on Mr. Cramer’s recommendations. Look under "Portfolio Challenge" and you’ll find some in there. There’s also an accompanying podcast where he regularly talks about Jim’s picks. Recently the site has turned its attention to Index Funds and their merits, but there is still lots of Cramer talk. Good site.

This is just my opinion. You can take it for what you think it’s worth. Jim Cramer doesn’t give advice. He is an entertainer. I certainly wouldn’t base financial decisions on some guy who doesn’t have a dog in the fight. If you take his "advice" and it winds up being worth exactly what you paid for it, zero, what is your recourse? I am a Financial Advisor and I have given hundreds of seminars to investment clubs over the years and consulted with them on lessons learned over the years. The primary strength of a good investment club is the ability to pool experiences and strengths. Surround yourself with people who are smart and willing to learn and do research for themselves. Have these people bring back their findings and support their position. As a group then you can make informed decisions. Again this is just my opinion. Not an offer of advice. Good luck.
