Does anyone have any knowledge of the pros/cons in investing in land/property in these countries?

    Things are NOT the same over there as in Amercia. Beware, and cover your @$$ on all bases in advance.

    There are several safe ways to invest in these countries, but think well before you put your money in. Do it through well known companies that are not originating from these countries itself. I would suggest to take a peek at http://www.quarantz.com and contact these people. I know they have their own contact in different countries all over the world that can give advice on and guidance in investing in these countries.

    why do u consider this? because this not-so-wealthy countries joined the EU?
    why don’t you discover and invest in your own backyard?..
