How will this 600 Billion QE2 affect the market and mutual funds?
I heard that Federal Reserve will be buying 600 billion $ worth of bonds. How do you think this will affect the bond funds share prices? Good time to buy and unload few months later?

I just moved more money into gold, due to the inflation potential. I predict it will be the next bubble (and all bubbles eventually end) but not in the near future

If you own Bonds in your fund, it will be rising in the short term. So I’d recommend selling into the price rise. But long term, its the kiss of death. Bonds will tank as inflation from QE1/2 force general prices to rise.
