I want to invest in stock from the outside of US, because I’m not a US citizen, BUT if I have VISA or MASTER card, can I do that?

You need a cash account with a broker who trades on the exchange in which you are interested in investing. ET is not only for U.S. citizens; however. all brokers require a cash deposit and a margin account is offered if you have enough funds in the account.

try etrade.com, ive gone threw them a few times. i honestly would look into buying into ATVI, Activition Blizzard. its got alot of big games and stuff coming out with in the next few months it should be a pretty good gain.
