I am interested in investing in local real estate. Can go to my local bank and request a list of foreclosed properties? How does this work?

each banks have different list of foreclosure in each area. I think you should contact real estate foreclosure Agency in particular area you prefer for a list.

    Good Luck!

    Try this – http://www.foreclosurelistings.com/

This is the ONLY free foreclosures website I’ve ever found, after literally two years of looking. Most websites will charge you upwards of $50 for ANY information.
