New to shooting video with a dslr. Looking to create that "film" look and am really interested in color correction. I’ve seen what red giant’s magic bullet can do and am very interested in the software. However, its pretty pricy and demanding on the computer. I’m on a budget and was looking at Vegas Movie Studio Platinum Pro Pack as a good option to start with (under 0). Couple questions; would this software support magic bullet? Would magic bullet be necessary (vegas pro mentioned it has color correction)? Would I be better of saving a little more and investing in Adobe AE or a better version of Vegas? Whats the best setup to edit hdslr movies to get that "film" look? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You’d be better off investing into Adobe just for the fact it’s used by a few million people and has extensive guides on how to do what on literally everything you could need.

I’ve used them both and I think Adobe Premier elements is easier than Sony Vegas.
