I am in serious need of a job but am disabled due to being wounded overseas, I was wondering if working from home is worth investing in to make the these people claim to make every day.

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies.

You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job.

These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as "work at home" because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

I had tried several "work from home" systems, and I can personally tell you that most of them are a scam. If you want to make money, and improve your health you should try working with Herbalife. I started working with their products about 2 months ago and not only I’ve improved to a healthier lifestyle but I’ve made money by just helping people out. I get $700 checks every 15 days, which is not bad at all considering I’ve been working with the products for about 2 months. At the moment I’m an independent distributor supervisor, but I’m hoping I could get a higher position really soon.
The higher the position the most money you get every 15 days.
    *You work for yourself
    *You can work from home
*You decide how many hours a day you want to work.

If you’re interested you can contact me and I can explain it to you a little bit better.
    Good Luck!

Almost all such ads will lead to scams and rip offs and in my view nothing will work out to our expectations. Try to build your own blogs with some skill and earn through Google ad sense program, that alone may help you to some extent. Good luck.

    100% Scam.

I did small analysis in all the online job websites by registering and wasting my valuable time. All websites has same policy that to kill our valuable time. You can get more money when you refer so many friends and it is like multilevel marketing. Do you think that you can refer 100000 friends or relatives? If so, you can earn money as how they said. Everybody knows it is impossible. In some sites, you may come to know that you will earn money by viewing ads or reading mails. You will get very very low cost. If you spend that much of time in some other innovative work, you would have earned better than what you get by this kind of fraud web sites. In home page, you will see some printed cheques with huge amount. Dont believe it. Its all fake.

If you have good knowledge in share trading and you are in wealthy position, you can try for share trading.

I found this out of desperation. And did plenty of research my self on it before I signed up and everything I found (I also read the forums) said that it was legit.
    tinyurl.com/makethatcash

Its worth a look, there are no monthly or sign up fees and you don’t have to enter any credit card information, like with some other sights. And it plainly states you won’t get rich quick, it will help boost your income a little though.

Like I said take a look, its helped me out of jam.

You shouldn’t have to invest in a "job" other than maybe paying for a background check. Even then you should go throught the application/interview process and be offered a position before having to pay that fee.

kgb.com and chacha.com are completely free, but don’t expect to make much

http://www.alpineaccess.com – this is phone based work and they do require a background check that you must pay for and you may need to get another phone line and some phone equipment.

If you are also looking at home based business opportunities I have a list that I know are legit and are worth investing in if you are willing to commit, be teachable and put in the effort it will take to build the business. As far as income claims, no one can guarantee you a certain income, because they don’t know what you are capable of. If they promise you a certain amount they are liars.

The kind of skills you have will determine what might work best for you. And thank you for defending our country–if this is how you were wounded. Internet marketing is ideal for someone who needs to work at home. It takes a few weeks to learn, with a good coach. To make a serious income, you’ll need to invest some money in a system that will train you, and for advertising. Once you have the skills (training) you can start marketing for free. But this way takes several months to build up. The key is to find a good coach and copy everything they do. With a good marketing system, if you have a computer and an internet connection, you can be in business very soon.
    Good luck and Bless you.

I actually work for a legitimate work at home job. I work for a home ‘call center’. I actually work for 2 different companies. I take calls for major informercials. I work part time (I just log on when I want to take calls). It requires a background check- as all legititmate jobs do. Also, you must have a separate phone line to take calls. I average about $700-800 a month between the two jobs. It’s good as an extra source of income but that’s about it. I like that I can be flexible with this (I do not work on a schedule). I found out about my jobs from watching a segment on Good Morning America. I still verified it with the better business bureau just incase. I can honestly admit, when I lost my day job- my work at home gigs saved me! Seriously.

Now to answer your question- I found this website several months ago when I first started my search for work at home jobs. It’s interesting that your asking about this because I suddenly remembered this website: http://www.nticentral.org/apply/a6000.shtm. This company specifically hires disabled adults only.

I also found this resource: http://www.workathomenoscams.com/2008/01/23/work-at-home-for-disabled/

    Hope that Helps!!

I know there are a lot of scams out there so be careful! Don’t listen to the people though who say they are ALL scams. They are not actually ALL scams, just a lot of them are! LOL! In fact Yahoo Finance says that for every 1 legitimate home based opportunity there are 57 scams!

At any rate…I am actually a nurse and I love working outside the home but I know a lot of people want or need to work from home. About 2 years ago my sister finally found a legitimate company that’s been in business for 20 years. I don’t know too much about it but she’s been doing it for 2 years now, about 20 hours a week and she makes about $40,000 a year. I know it’s legit because they have dozens of fortune 500 partners, they are members of the US Chamber of Commerce and of course, I’ve seen her paychecks, LOL! She says she loves it! She gets to stay home with her kids which is pretty cool! It’s not a job working for someone else but instead she sets her own schedule and she determines how much she makes. The more she puts into it, the more she gets out. I wish jobs were like that because I know I work way harder than some of the nurses here who are getting paid the same as I am! LOL

Hope this helps! Good luck in your search!
