vse.com is a virtual stock exchange website sponsored by marketwatch but i don’t like how the website is designed because you can actaully buy company stocks at 0.00 dollars which makes absolutely no sense. are there any other websites online that offer services like vse where you can use online money to invest so that you can learn more about stocks? the website should be realistic.

Take a look at Marketocracy, which lets you the manage one or more $1 million mutual funds. You have to actually enter the buy and sell orders there, then they take place as a percentage of actual trading volume during the day. Also, they give you a nice performance chart over time. I use it to test out some of my ideas in "real time". For example, here is a portfolio I’ve been testing using Zack’s #1 rated stocks:
